Everybody has relationship advice. Your parents. Your friends. Social media. Podcasts.
Therapists. Influencers. Complete strangers on the internet.

The problem isn't that there's no advice. The problem is that almost nobody teaches relationship skills. We're expected to somehow know how to communicate, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, regulate our emotions, and build healthy intimacy simply because we fell in love.

That's not how any other skill in life works.

Love isn't enough.

We've all heard that relationships take work. What no one tells you is what work actually looks like.

Most people aren't struggling because they're bad people. They're struggling because they're repeating habits they learned long before they ever entered a healthy relationship. Some of those habits helped them survive difficult seasons of life. Others quietly became the very things damaging the people they love most.

You're not failing because you're broken.

You're struggling because nobody ever taught you the skills.

Chemistry starts relationships. Skills sustain them.

Chemistry is exciting. It's what gets the first date, the first kiss, and the butterflies. But chemistry won't teach you how to repair after an argument, have a hard conversation without becoming defensive, navigate resentment, rebuild trust, or stay connected when life gets messy.

Those aren't personality traits. They're skills. And like every other skill, they can be learned, practiced, and strengthened.

This isn't about the gender war.

We're not interested in telling men they're the problem or women they're the problem.

We're interested in closing the relationship skills gap.

Whether you're dating, married, rebuilding after betrayal, navigating ethical non-monogamy, preparing for marriage, or simply trying to become a better partner, the question isn't, "Who's right?"

The better question is, "What skill is missing?" because almost every relationship challenge can be traced back to a skill that was never learned, practiced, or repaired.

Meet Will and Liz

After years of helping people navigate relationships from two different professional perspectives, one pattern became impossible to ignore. People don't need more shame. They don't need more blame. They don't need another list of relationship rules.

They need practical skills they can actually use.

That's why Skills Keep You Together™ exists.

Drawing from years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life's most difficult conversations, Will and Liz created a coaching and relationship education company focused on teaching the skills almost nobody was ever taught. While both bring extensive professional experience to the frameworks they teach, Skills Keep You Together™ is coaching and education, not therapy because learning relationship skills shouldn't begin only after everything has fallen apart.

Start here.

  • Most relationships don't end because of one catastrophic event. They slowly unravel through hundreds of small moments that seem insignificant until they're not. A defensive response. An assumption left unchecked. A conversation avoided. An apology that never comes. A habit repeated one too many times.

Stop Making It Worse™ is the place to start.

This self-paced course teaches the most common relationship mistakes people make, why they happen, and how to interrupt unhealthy patterns before they become permanent damage. Whether you're trying to strengthen a healthy relationship or begin repairing one that's struggling, you'll walk away with practical tools you can use immediately.

Join the early access list and be the first to know when enrollment opens.

  • Every week, Will and Liz pull back the curtain on what actually makes relationships work. No sugarcoating. No gender wars. No relationship fairy tales.

Just honest conversations about conflict, communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, intimacy, dating, marriage, ethical non-monogamy, parenting, and the relationship skills that change everything.

If you've ever thought, "Why didn't anyone teach me this?" you're going to feel right at home.

  • A new content series covering the conversations most people avoid but every healthy relationship needs from money and sex to conflict, trust, parenting, boundaries, and everything in between because the little things aren't actually little.
